FAQ's
Study Abroad
We’ve answered the most common queries students ask before starting their study abroad journey. If you have more questions, feel free to contact our advisors.
Can I apply without IELTS?
Yes. Some universities accept alternatives like Duolingo or PTE, and a few offer conditional admission without IELTS if you agree to take an English course later.
Which countries do you support?
We assist with applications to the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Hungary, Cyprus, UAE, and other European countries.
What if I have low grades?
You can still apply! We help find institutions with flexible entry criteria and guide you in writing a strong personal statement.
Can I apply with a study gap?
Yes, many countries accept students with gaps if you have a valid explanation (e.g., work experience, personal issues).
How long does the process take?
From initial consultation to visa approval, it usually takes 2 to 3 months depending on the country and intake season.
Do you help with scholarships?
Yes, we guide you in applying for merit-based or need-based scholarships and assist with writing scholarship statements.
What documents are needed?
Typically: Passport, academic transcripts, certificates, language test scores, CV, SOP, reference letters, and financial proof.
Can I work while studying?
Yes. Most countries allow international students to work 15–20 hours per week during term and full-time during holidays.
How much money must I show?
It varies. For example, the UK requires funds to cover 1 year of tuition + 9 months of living costs (approx. £10,000–£15,000). We’ll help you calculate the exact amount for your case.
Do you help with accommodation?
Yes. We offer advice on student housing, whether it’s on-campus, private halls, or homestay options.
When should I apply?
We recommend applying 5–6 months before the intake to ensure enough time for offer, visa, and travel planning.
What intakes are available?
Major intakes are January, May, and September, but some institutions have rolling admissions.
Do I need to pay full tuition before the visa?
Not always. Some universities accept a deposit, but certain countries may require full payment. We guide you case-by-case.
What if my visa is refused?
We’ll review your case, identify reasons, and support you with a reapplication strategy to improve your chances.
Can I bring dependents?
Yes, depending on the country and course level (e.g., postgraduates in the UK can bring family). We’ll guide you through it.
