Tell us what happened, when, how to contact you and the resolution you want. Include a case or order reference if known. You do not need legal language, a fee, an account or a particular form. Do not send passwords, identity scans or bank evidence with a general message.

Email info@alasrconsulting.com, use company WhatsApp, or write to AL ASR CONSULTING LTD, 131 Leman Street, London, England, E1 8EY. Contact us first; this is not a walk-in service. You can ask for a suitable accessible way to raise a concern.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge within two working days, provide a substantive response or meaningful progress update within five working days, and resolve the complaint within ten working days. Working days mean Monday to Friday excluding England and Wales bank holidays. If resolution takes longer, we explain why and give a dated next update. These targets do not extend statutory deadlines.

We record the concern, review the evidence, address urgent protective or correction needs, and explain our findings and any remedy. If unresolved, the Company Manager reviews it and explains the next steps, including any independent dispute-resolution arrangement actually available and applicable. We do not claim membership of an unverified scheme. You need not exhaust this process before exercising legal rights.

Privacy complaints and rights

Use the same contact route for access, correction, deletion or a data complaint. The legal clocks for those requests are separate from our service targets. We acknowledge a data-protection complaint no later than 30 days and communicate its outcome without undue delay. Subject-access requests are normally answered within one calendar month, with any lawful clarification or extension explained. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Read our privacy notice, service terms and cancellation and refund information. No complaint or request removes your statutory rights.
