1. Your agreement

Your provider is AL ASR CONSULTING LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16439991. Registered office: 131 Leman Street, London, England, E1 8EY. Contact: info@alasrconsulting.com; company WhatsApp +44 7405 724837. The registered office is not advertised as a walk-in counselling office. Your personalised quote confirms the geographical business and complaints address if different.

Your private personalised quote records the customer and student, residence and supply country, reference/version, selected service, dates, any country addendum, total and stage amounts.

Read this agreement, the selected schedule, cancellation notice and privacy notice before accepting. We supply them in a form you can keep. No payment or intake form alone is treated as acceptance. A contract is formed when you expressly accept the identified personalised quote and terms and we confirm acceptance in writing. We provide the accepted copy before requesting payment and before starting work. If a valid contract is formed differently, your legal rights still apply; our recordkeeping does not erase it.

2. What we do

We provide the education-support outputs in your selected schedule with reasonable care and skill. We use relevant official programme information, distinguish confirmed facts from uncertainties, and explain material eligibility, funding and deadline limits. The university or funding body makes its own decisions. No service guarantees admission, scholarship funding, a visa, employment or professional recognition.

You provide accurate information, genuine documents and your own statements, essays and research ideas. We may review clarity, structure and compliance within the programme's rules, but do not write work that must be yours, invent experience or create references. We tell you if a programme forbids the intended assistance and agree a lawful alternative or refund the unprovided part. You retain control of accounts. We do not ask for your passwords or one-time codes.

Our services exclude regulated immigration advice, visa applications, immigration representations, medical clinical electives and professional legal or tax advice. We can direct you to official general information, free university immigration support and, if needed, a verified authorised adviser who contracts with you directly. A visa adviser is not included in our price.

3. Choice, authority and submissions

The selected package is for one student and one agreed intake. Your quote names the destinations, outputs, number of applications, revision limits, deadlines and delivery dates. Buying more than one package must not duplicate payment for the same work or application. Necessary corrections of our errors do not use up your revision allowance.

Permission to correspond is separate from approval to submit. Before each actual submission we show you the final programme, funding choice, answers, documents, declarations, fees and version. We submit only after your specific final approval and only where the institution permits a representative to do so. You make any applicant-only declarations yourself. Where representative submission is not permitted, we prepare and guide you to submit. We keep evidence of the actual result; prepared files are not a submitted application.

4. Fees and other costs

All Al Asr prices are in GBP and are total consumer prices including any applicable tax. We do not add VAT, administration, processing or compulsory service charges on top of the stated total. Your quote identifies the verified payment method before payment is requested. We do not take automatic recurring payments.

Institution application fees, deposits, tuition, tests, translations, courier costs, travel and any separate authorised visa adviser are not Al Asr fees and are not included. Where relevant, we identify known external charges and material refund restrictions before you authorise an application. Unknown external costs are labelled unknown, not zero. You normally pay the institution or other provider directly through its verified official route. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or transfer charges; check these before paying.

No extra work is charged without a written description, total price, timing and your express agreement through F4.5. An intake change, additional essay or complex PhD proposal does not create an automatic surcharge. You may decline additional work and retain the agreed service. There is no fee for merely asking about services.

5. Timing and changes

We agree realistic delivery dates after reviewing your inputs and the official deadlines. A short deadline does not force you to request an early start or waive rights. If we cannot reasonably meet it, we explain that before accepting the work. If an input or external change affects delivery, we tell you what changed and agree a revised plan. We do not silently extend a deadline or treat your silence as agreement.

We will tell you promptly if we cannot provide an agreed service and offer appropriate completion, correction or refund arrangements. We do not substitute a materially different service or increase a contracted price without your agreement. You can end unstarted later work under section 7. An institution's changed rules do not excuse an error or a commitment that we could reasonably have avoided.

6. Your cancellation rights

For a UK distance service contract, you normally have 14 days after the day the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason. The personalised cancellation notice states the calendar deadline. You may use F2's form or make any clear cancellation statement to the contact details above. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient. You do not need to use our form, explain your decision or wait for our acknowledgement.

Unless you separately request an early start, we wait until the cancellation period has ended before supplying the service. If you expressly ask us to start early after receiving the required information, and cancel during that period, a charge may be due only for the proportion of the agreed service actually supplied up to your cancellation. It is based on the agreed total price, or the market value if that price is excessive. Paying an instalment does not mean that the whole instalment has been earned.

You pay nothing for services supplied during that period if we failed to give the required cancellation or proportionate-cost information, or started without your express request. The cancellation right ends before its normal deadline only after the whole contracted service is fully performed, following your express early-start request and acknowledgement that this would end that right. Completing one stage does not end the right for an unfinished package. Rights about defective or missing service remain.

If we fail to give the required cancellation information, the cancellation period can extend by up to 12 months beyond the normal deadline. If we provide it within the statutory extended period, you have 14 days after receiving it. We assess the actual dates, not a blanket expiry claim.

We reimburse amounts due without undue delay and, for this cancellation route, no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. We do not replace a refund with credit unless you freely choose it.

For a customer outside the UK, we check the actual country and contracting circumstances before accepting payment. As a contractual minimum we offer the same 14-day cancellation protection described here, including its safeguards for early work, unless mandatory local law gives stronger rights. This is not a claim that UK law alone governs every country. No clause removes mandatory rights, access to local courts or remedies available under applicable law. There is no compulsory exclusive English-court clause.

7. Stopping later work, refunds and our errors

After the cancellation period, you may end unstarted stages by telling us. We refund prepaid unprovided work, less only a fair, previously disclosed and evidenced amount for service already supplied and lawfully chargeable. We do not charge the unused remainder of the package merely because it was booked, impose a cancellation penalty or deduct a standard administration percentage. We explain the calculation and pay the contractual refund within 14 calendar days of your notice. Mandatory rights prevail.

If our work is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as agreed, tell us what is wrong. Where applicable, you may require repeat performance at our cost within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If that is impossible or is not done in that way, an appropriate price reduction, potentially the full price, may be due. Other legal remedies remain available. A refund under the Consumer Rights Act price-reduction route is due without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with the day we agree that you are entitled to it. We will not delay deciding a complaint to defeat your rights.

An admission or funding refusal does not by itself establish that our work was defective. Equally, a refusal does not excuse our own error or remove any compensation or refund right you have. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We do not impose a blanket cap at the fee paid or require you to release legal claims to obtain a refund.

8. Institution refunds

Application fees, tuition deposits and tuition can have different rules. Before payment, check the institution's current policy, offer conditions, deadlines, evidence requirements, currency and any lawful deduction. The institution decides and processes refunds of money paid directly to it. A visa refusal is not a universal refund entitlement. We do not guarantee recovery or hold ourselves out as the institution's payment agent.

Where included in your quote, we help prepare one routine refund request and up to two follow-ups within the agreed period. That limit applies only to the agreed assistance, not to your rights against us or the institution. It does not limit correction or redress for our own error. Legal disputes, appeals and regulated immigration advice are outside this administrative scope.

9. Concerns, information and privacy

Contact info@alasrconsulting.com with a concern, correction or complaint. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and give a substantive response or progress update within five working days. These are service targets, not extensions of statutory deadlines. Working days for these targets mean Monday to Friday excluding England and Wales bank holidays. If unresolved, the Manager reviews it and explains available next steps, including any applicable independent dispute-resolution route. You need not exhaust this process before exercising legal rights.

We use the privacy notice provided at collection and necessary information for enquiry, contracting and service administration. Optional marketing consent is separate and is not required to buy a service. General forms must not contain passport scans, bank statements, passwords or financial-account credentials. If original documents are genuinely needed, we arrange the approved restricted route. Your rights are not made conditional on consent to unnecessary processing.

If the student is under 18, we complete the guardian, authority, safeguarding and country-capacity checks before forming a paid agreement. A third-party payer does not automatically gain access to the student's information or permission to approve an application.
